Our investments in real estate covers Class A office buildings and commercial estate. All our properties are located in high class areas and business hubs.
We handle management for several buildings located in Bucharest, among our tenants we find tech, energy, fashion and legal services companies.
Also, in our portfolio, we find commercial real estate for restaurants, events and travel retail shops.
Technology
Starting 2016 our shareholders decided diversify the portfolio and invest in tech properties.
As a result, we have developed several software applications such as online shops, mobile apps and custom software for customers from Romania.
We try to focus on next level mobile applications and search for disruptive ideas.
